Access to Services
When living on the street, lack of access to resources can worsen one’s well-being. NoHo Home provides food, showers, restrooms, and hygiene supplies to our guests to help them maintain their physical well-being. We host medical care teams and provide care coordination to provide primary health care services for the unhoused community, and we ensure that all eligible neighbors are enrolled in publicly funded health coverage programs.
Building Community
We also know how critical it is to build community, connections, and relationships between our housed and unhoused communities. When we support our neighbors and foster respect and understanding, we build the foundation of a stronger LA County.
For needs we cannot address in-house, we provide warm hand-in-hand referrals. Our team accompanies neighbors to their medical appointments and walks with them through complicated homelessness systems.
